I don’t typically read historical fiction but I’m reading this with my coworkers as a little book club! First portion was chapters 1-7. Different style of story than I’m used to but I think she does a great job of making you feel like you’re *in* the story with the descriptors, especially for how she describes sounds. Excited to keep reading next week!
