Two of my favorite reader friends put this on my radar and I knew I needed to start it immediately. The story follows Travis, who is Death, offering comfort to the dying. I started tearing up on page 2, so I may be in for some serious tears!

The writing is lovely, lyrical. The stories of the younger characters that are taken by Death are the most difficult to read. Reminds you that Death is not fair, it comes for all of us at some time
