weirdly liking it more now that the imperfections are showing… hate when things are too perfect

fr perfectly finished w the first half and I am just disappointed at the fact that i’m not enjoying it… idk. maybe ive read my share of romance novels but honestly this is just boring. young woman trying to find herself in an older man who will always make her compromise for his wants. bleh. idk

the dialogue is a little stiff… but i’m only 55 pages in so i shouldn’t judge
