I’ve finally figured out why this book has taken me so long to read. Alice Law has major depressive disorder. It’s been well written, so it’s obvious she has it. But the way that resonates with me is too relatable—but not in the way that makes me care. In the way that makes me want to scoff cause I see too much of myself while also seeing her successes and considering her to be better than me.
