This book could be very useful if you are newly diagnosed, or supporting someone who is.

For those who have been living with these conditions for a while, nothing groundbreaking is mentioned. I found it to be a very baseline introduction, good for initial conversations and acceptance.

I really appreciate the wide variety of chronic illness’ covered throughout the experiences shared.
