the police find out that it was not Oz who killed the guy it was Oz's dad. The find uut it was kid dad because they find the knife that did the damage and traced the fingerprints. Oz's dad tries to prevail by sayig he is a cook and of course his fingerprints are going to be there

They are still trying to find out who killed the man but all the evidence is leading right back to Oz even tho he is not the one who did it. They believe that Oz "self-reported" because he is the one that stumbled across the body and the evidence relates to him

So far I like the book because it is very accurate to the title "Cold Case." I like this book because it is actually about a cold case and about an unsolved murder. It goes over what the detectives think about the case and they believe that the person that reported the body was the one to do it. I want to continue reading this book because it is entertaining and I want to find out what happens next.

Oz Keiler comes across a dead body and doesn't know how to react. He finds out that is was a mistake from one of his family members. He fears his family after that and doesnt know how to react.
