Part 1 really good. Some things she says are so common sense it's crazy that she was dismissed by adherents to orthodoxy in her time. Other things are counter-intuitive but make a lot of sense as she explains them. I used to believe parks and green spaces were always good but they are much more complicated.
I like that she sees communities as flexible and decentralized, rather than neatly divided boxes.
