The princess gets saved by dun dun dun none other than her thought to be death lover. Prince Humperdink chases. They are forced to cross the fire swamp. After a long and exhausting day they final reach the end of the swamp were the prince waits for them. Westley gets captured.

The story gives an exposition of the main characters of the story. We have buttercup who is the bride, Westley who is the main love interest, and prince Humperdink who is i am assuming will be the main antagonist. Overall the story is entertaining and light hearted and I am having a blast reading it.

The author making it seem like this was an abridge version of the book had me looking in the web trying to find an unabridged version... I found out later that it was a literary device he used... and that there was not other version.
