I’ve seen reviews from people saying they don’t like the narrator, but I think that’s kind of the point. I’m really enjoying this so far. I feel like I’m learning in line with the plot and have stopped a few times to google French history that I wasn’t familiar with and scientific questions that still haven’t been fully answered are being used to tell a story here.
