I would have appreciated a better description of what this book was actually about. The whole premise is based around religion. As a non-Christian/Catholic, I felt as though the author was trying to convince me to pray all my worries away. I was expecting a motivational book that emphasized having to change your way of thinking to better your actions, not just sit back and pray for things to magically appear.
