I really loved this book. I had no idea it was centered around veganism.
I was struck by the information around food regulation and large corporations. It’s so unsettling. There’s one line about consuming a body filled with fear that I can’t stop thinking about.
I haven’t been able to touch meat since. I won’t be going fully vegan, but it encouraged me to be more thoughtful about what I consume. 5⭐️
