I mean I get why he put it in. I suppose it serves a s a narrative device but the whole chapter where he’s talking about his morning routine made me want to quit this book 30 pages in like girl. I don’t need to be mansplained how to shave

LITERALLYYYYY. i remember reading an intro to this (also written by a man) where he just brushed aside the sexism as if this book isnt sooo hugely uncomfortable and almost violating to read as a woman. in my experience. Lol
