Finally read it after seeing the cartoon version decades ago. I don't know how anyone reads this and doesn't have PTSD over poor Aslan's experiences. But charming and my 1994 copy had a few illustrations by Pauline Baynes scattered throughout. I know this is book 2 in a series of 7 but I doubt I'll read the others.
