i appreciate the efforts of the authors and the thesis but i just dont know how to consume books like this. its too much and i cant really absorb so much information and end up finding myself being able to summarize a 1-2 sentence long takeaway after hundreds of pages of “reading” while completely losing all detail

also im not sure how diff this is than goldin & katz theory pf skill biased technological change? havent revisited in a while but my takeaways feel p similar. i suppose the specific application of that type of thinking to AI is new? but seems like a very clear extension not a totally new innovation
