This is an exhilarating account of the Crusades and in particular the ways in the holy land.

This place where thousands upon thousands of Jews, Saracens, Babylonian’s, Egyptians, Christian Europeans, the others were slaughtered terribly. The least holy on the planet.

This is already a fascinating story of a history of western civilisation we have forgotten for some reason.
