I finished the first part. I enjoyed the writing. It smoothly transitioned me from her home, to joining the other girls. Nothing felt too jarring or unrealistic truly. Something strange stuck out to me. One of the girls said “she’s gonna be our next sacrifice” …like twice….With no reaction from the narrator. Like girl doesn’t that concern u !? Even a little?
