This is much more my genre! A thriller/mystery set in Quartz Creek, WNC with a strong, female protagonist PI with a soft spot for helping the little guy. I expect more mountain town mystique and lore. This is the first pick for the Southern Lit Book Club that I’ve joined through M. Judson’s for the spring.
