If youโve seen the movies Iโd say no you donโt have to read them! But if youโre unfamiliar I think itโs good to read in release order.

I read them in release order and I think itโs best this way!
Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, possibly, but Sunrise on the Reaping is meant to be read after. Release order's probably the best way.
