Hard to know what percent I'm at since this is both books in one. But I'm having a lot of trouble sympathizing with Roxy/Jimi/CC. (Get one freaking name already!) it's hard to see whatever Parker sees in her, truthfully.

This passage literally makes no sense:
"I saw nothing in his eyes but love. I'd seen it there before, but I'd been too afraid to identify it...He'd never want me for anything other than my father." What?? That's completely oppositional. Creating conflict where there's none. I hate that.
