The author is good at identifying many extremely relatable feelings that are sometimes hard to articulate. I admire how she is able to convey her emotions to her therapist. Though I am not sure I agree with all of the therapist’s conclusions, seeing their perspective on the author’s struggles was a very useful perspective to consider during my own self-reflection.

I am very saddened that this author has passed.
