this is a non-fiction memoir about the life of anna. A 24-year-old girl who decided to pick up everything and take cross country road trip. I thought it would be a motivating book for women and people who love travel (like myself) however I am 10% through this book and so far it has been the story of an insecure anxiety filled girl who is extremely male centered and doubts her every move.

since I ran out of characters in my last post, I will explain further what I mean by male centered and insecure because it sounds like it could be inspiring, but it is actually just annoying. First off she constantly needs reassurance and validation. Also, she is extremely hung up on her ex and seems to romanticize for any man who lays eyes on her. This includes her landlord, her bartender, and her ex who hurt her.
