Author does this annoying thing where they reiterate the same information in the dialogue and the narration. Not an exact quote but there's constant stuff like "'Are you sure that's safe?' she asked. He didn't notice the trepidation in her voice as she hinted that it wasn't safe." I already know that she thinks it isn't safe; I don't need to be told again in the next damn sentence.

Ughhh I know this isn't my usual genre but goodness it's tedious. I don't need to know the exact shade of every character's eyes, hair, and clothing. I also don't need to have the same information stated twice.
