I find myself crying constantly while reading this book. Not at the sad parts (although I definitely do sometimes at those as well) but at the happy parts, because I know what's coming.
Every time I remember the scene where Griff tells Joan he accepts her before Joan even knows what he's accepting I start tearing up. Same with literally any scene with Lydia.

So so excited to read this book but just have to say I keep reading the main character's name as Jane Goodall instead of Joan Goodwin 😭😭 I wonder if her name is a tribute to Goodall or if it was just a coincidence
