If I’m honest, I’m tired of reading this book and series in general.
There’s too much focus on her trauma and healing from it rather than the story.
How things happen and are resolved is really unlikely. To be honest a lot of things don’t make sense not that I think about it.
I’m going to power through but I don’t like when I feel like it’s a chore to read.

Also Bastian is overall the worst spymaster. No handle on his emotions and feelings towards Kat. And also while she was in Dawn they were found out because they couldn’t be quiet while having sex?
