this woman, kept in a basement for 15 years, had a baby inside said basement and after finally breaking out 15 years later, reuniting with her oldest daughter, she had to pretend nothing had happened to save her… all the while pretending her younger daughter isn’t hers but her brother in laws…

What is even reality. How do u even conjure this shit show up??!?

Idk how this book is SO LONG and also so thrilling. I thought it was so slow and boring at first but Holly Jackson did it again and I’m so attached to everybody. It makes the mystery and the clues not js a mystery but a tragedy and I’m so moved by it fuckkk
