I am really struggling to feel emotionally connected to these characters because there are SO many of them! Maybe? Every chapter feels like a short story and some of them are wonderful while others are falling flat for me. I'm going to keep reading though because I feel like it's going to be worth it and I've already DNF'd three books this year.
