So far literally nothing has happened! I’m gonna try until the 25% mark. If a quarter of a book can’t reel me in, it’s not worth my time.

The scenes are very discombobulating. At one point the character is in a cafe and suddenly she’s at home having picked up her kid who she just dropped off. Except we didn’t read it happening. It literally happens in the next paragraph. Weird

* “… the ring of her phone”
