Sam’s POV is not needed. I’m sorry, but apparently all her POV was there for was to have something set up in America. You could have easily still told this same story so far without her POV and just talk about it occasionally, or, just leave it a surprise like what you did for Kareem. I’m annoyed by this tho bc I don’t really like Kareem.. Also why is he sneaking out and protesting in sixth grade!?!? Hello!?!

They’re having a full blown party and they’re all no older than eighth grade… There are literal SIXTH graders there too!!!! 😭😭 Hello?? And why is one sixth grader offering the main character (who is also a sixth grader!!) a BIKINI!? Likeee…… I do not own one even now NOR did I own one in sixth grade!?!?

I’m cringing and getting stereotypical brother and sister talk. “‘Hey sis’……’Did you see my last shot? Awesome, right?’” and then just “‘Don’t get too into yourself, bro.’” Just like….. I can’t with the “sis” and the “bro”. Like there might be people who do talk like that to their siblings, and like okay go ahead idc. But it’s making me cringe soooo badddd 😬
