absolutely not surprised the main character knowingly made a completely life altering and possibly devastating decision off a whim and a gut feeling. Llewelyn, the main character in No Country for Old Men, said it best: “I'm fixin' to do somethin' dumber than hell, but I'm goin' anyways.”
