OKAY SO…. The book is about Isabelle. At first I really disliked her. I saw her anger and acts of resistance (cutting her hair off🤨) as very VERY annoying and problematic!! Like DIVA!!! THIS ISNT JUST YOUR LIFE YOURE RISKING HERE. she was very much the younger sister who defied authority. But as this book has progressed I am seeing her as a brave young woman who understands what is at stake.
