I suspect that Collin will use Lo as a spy against Emeline and the Major Defects. Why? Emeline slipped by approaching Lo, and Lo clearly wants the power and status of the Elite and I feel she will do anything for it. Additionally, Emeline is too trusting with others and doesn’t think about consequences or possible outcomes of her actions.
