It’s been a challenging read, but it gets easier later in the book. That said, the story has a lot going on, so I’m going to finish the book and maybe re-read to figure out what was challenging. I have hope that the next book in series will be better.

I need some time to digest, and I may reread before final thoughts. I feel the story has a lot of potential, I loved the concept and the characters. I just found it a bit challenging and I’m not sure if it’s because I just finished another book I was heavily enamored by, or if it was something with the book. I’m excited to see where the story goes in the next books.
