Guuuurl, I thought we'll never get into it & I will have to read this boring & depressing book about how the main character slooooowly learns bits of information about an old and ordinary man at his office.
Nevertheless, the part when they bid their tearful goodbyes was quite moving.
Also, Maria is so obviously a woman written by a man; is that what men think and see when they look at a woman? Yet, I am intrigued
