I’m so tempted to just stop reading this book. Boyne had the opportunity to fix the problems from book 1 where he painted the perpetrators as victims and yet it seems like he’s doubling down on it in book 2. Did Kotler have his “life laid out” for him as he states? Perhaps. But he did not have to take joy in his actions (ex: Pavel and stating he wished the plan had worked).
