Aethelflaed is such a badass woman. In fact, these whole series constantly has badass women. The men are just brutes, but them, they are uust cunning, and smart, and inspire everyone around them.

Also, not Uhtred pulling that move out of his ass, the Witan stood there with a pikachu face.

Stiorra is brutal.
