Took me a while to pick back up. The idea and intention of the book is good for a thriller plot. Howover, book seems repetitive in the beginning to middle— it focuses a lot on the main character’s abuse on alcohol.

Though her struggle with alcoholism seems something worth empathizing with, connecting with her has been a struggle nonetheless.
