Bought it at Teal’s live event in London in May - and have been struggling to finish this.
Most of this is common sense, it feels like an accumulation of contemporary self-help strategies and techniques.
I do enjoy Teal, but honestly this has been a #struggletown.
I will finish it because I’m 2/3rds in at this point.
