Taking the time once a week to intentionally leave the house, and read a book about self improvement. This book stuck out to me when I was at a bookshop in Coffs Harbor. While the first chapter didn't have anything revolutionary I don't think many leadership books do. It prompts self reflection and provides a no BS view on how she did it. I really enjoy her writing style and so far the book. Early days.
