ok so the thing this book was building up to this whole time…..was very easy to achieve, great

i‘m so lost. things don‘t make sense anymore. also ew love triangles (poly? idk it‘s weird)

A love triangle is not what I wanted out of this book and yet it‘s what I‘m getting.
Maybe I‘m too harsh but Zetian‘s constant back and forth and here and there of emotions and opinions and actions is….crazy. I don‘t know what she wants anymore and sometimes it feels like her character development is being undone bc „what about the girls“
The descriptions of everything in this book is beautiful tho.

Zetian seems to think no one‘s misery is bigger than her own. Also her going back and forth over Li Shimin is so…..lmao girl
