As with a lot of American entertainment, a lot of the medical details are off - you can't get a false positive on a pregnancy test, and medical staff know stuff all about TBI and can predict nada. The paramedic should know this.

Why is he needing to romance her? He has a brain injury! He isn't 'a stranger in her husband's body', he is her husband without memories! She should be romancing him, not the one backing off.Also, why does she not want him to stay "for the baby"? The Christian thing to do is always make it work, not run off.
