I appreciate that her book doesn’t have extra fluff. It’s concise and gives exactly what you need - context and just enough background that you understand the science behind what’s going in in your body (and the hope that you don’t have to stay stuck), an assessment to measure your own struggle, and then an actionable 4 step program.
