I found the story of a familial line interconnected through nature and shared through the feminine line absolutely astounding. The prosecution of the unknown, the parallels of controlling men to a controlling society and the little natural joys they’ve each found despite a society trying to push them away or down. All of them trying to find themselves within the past. A read that’s going to stick with me.

The multiple timelines of women being prosecuted, controlled and abused is written in a very engaging way that makes me wanna stay up reading until the morning hours.
