Not sure what to think of this yet, I enjoy the Firefly-ish vibes but it's feeling a bit like Baby's First Scifi. Why am I getting such a break down of how worm hole travel works? You're not reinventing the wheel, I already get it. Why are you giving me the pros and cons of an ai ship getting a body? They're pretty obvious. Hopefully it'll pick up soon or do something interesting.

Maybe this is getting too close to "cozy" fantasy for my taste? Its just starting to grate how everyone gets along (except for the designated annoying guy) and how interactions which should be tense just go so smoothly and everyone communicates perfectly.
