I thought I would branch out and read a more dark horror theme as I stay stuck in psychological thrillers.
I’m unsure what to make of this book, the grandmothers letters are a nice touch, the age of conversion seems to reflect as being realistic and I understand the stake of the book.
Starting to get a bit ridiculous with this weird bad boy stalker that fights crime, but too much going on as a backstory.

This book confuses me slightly. The main character is aware that what was done to her was assault and feels trapped as Z won’t leave her alone and feels conflicted about what’s happening to her.
I think with this being a romance book I understand the concept of a bad boy and the stereotype of women going along with them.
This book does glorify rape. The mixed feelings are not explored further then horny-ness

This book needs an editor. Some of the sentences are grammatically incorrect and really took me out of the book.
I got to the gun scene and thought anything else would of been better but it seems a bit odd to escalate to rape and very disturbing to write it in a way that fear sprouts sexual tension

The sex talk is a bit cringey 😬 I am not the right person for anything above PG when it comes to sex in books.
The Z characters reads more of a cartoon character then someone who is dark and menacing
