That’s done. Didn’t like it. I’ll say: it was maybe (?) better than Haunting Adeline, and since they had a pregnancy trope, it was handled ok at the end (I hated the birth control manipulation part early on though). Though stupid premise that they all help his split personality, I liked friends supporting him, even the surprise connection to Ryan the cop. Nevertheless, hate her & him. Will NOT be continuing.

An hour left to finish this disaster. Reveal hasn’t been worth it, should have DNF’d.

I’m coming back to split personality for Death and Sebastian

Trying one last time before the check out audiobook expires. Why is she leading Sebastian on, and how do they care about each other this much after so few dates?

I hate this book so much. Everything rapey and worse is in this book. She was victimized as a child so she has “darkness inside her”? Wtf. And Death wants to comfort her and avenge her, but yet rape and victimize her, to the extent of actually wanting to kill her? Hate this book.

At least she’s saying she’s messed up and wants to be. Author hinting at her having a dark past. Otherwise I’d just think she’s stupid. Almost DNF’d. Author also wants us to think Death is Kip at this point. Don’t like that she’s going to pursue Death and Sebastian. This better not be why choose.

I dont know if I’ll continue. It’s giving Haunting Adeline, with its stupid “I save women and children” bit while also making the FMC ok with being raped. Only curious for what the supposed twist is.
