Too much talk (or even internal chatter) does more harm than good. God meets us in the silence (be still and know I am god). When you fight the impulse to overexplain or argue, God steps in and supports you more than words ever could.

God is within us; in our minds and in our hearts as well as external. We can’t hide our innermost feelings and truths from Him, he may know us better than we know ourselves. He projects reflections of who we really are for us to see, thus why he knows it all. Good news is you can always change your POV 🙂 Always blessed✨

Got nothing to lose and everything to gain. I also love that there is a daily Bible verse 🥹
