Not done reading yet but holy! Is this book just about a pity party for Baylie’s mom? Poor me, poor me, poor me! And then harvest Baylie’s eggs so you could have more children well into your 40s? I don’t know. This book is very sad but yet I felt it was very focused on her mother and trying to get sympathy (and not even because of Baylie’s accident/death)
