The “Cinderella” step family isn’t GREAT, but they might not be all bad. Still early though. Okay. So it’s the Prince Eric guy and the teacher guy right? Or is he the baker for Anastasia from Cinderella 3? Yeah, not falling for Samuel over here.

Mom maybe. I did not see the dress being the dad. What do you MEAN have a care with the storm diver?? I would have been really impressed if she let him drown. Summoning a storm is really well written.

Didn’t note this earlier. But it’s nice to follow the little mermaid story of her saving her prince, instead of him saving her. Also. I LOVE the mermaid lore via the mirror and comb.

Woah we got a proposal quick as hell. I’m nervous, I don’t trust him. Runaway sister is dramatic. Pg238 and the Samuel v Morgan sitch is getting interesting. Fish tail finally!

Marking tides and midnight is cute. 160ish paths, 40% of the book. Now we get something tingly. Not enough. Ugh Cinderella is such a tease.

Creepy feelings. Possible drowned men walking. Now we’re getting good? Cockblocked. I like that the sisters want her to go to the ball. Thought charlotte was the good one. Magical gown transformation only okay. I will say that the Cinderella glass slipper importance works well for a mermaid legs correlation.

Cadiz is the oldest Spanish city, and oldest city in Western Europe. Greece and Bulgaria have the older cities. Little mermaid and Cinderella set up is good so far.

Stays instead of corset for 1758. I love the detailing. What a hello. Thanks to the shipwreck lol. Author went crazy with a thesaurus. Random French words are killing me. Bro. Succor instead of relief?? So cute that they live along with the little fae.
