While I find Laura’s life and struggles fascinating, especially since Little House on the Prairie was a beloved book when I was a child, there is way too much detail and side stories that I feel like the I’m just getting bogged down in specifics that I have little interest in. It’s with a heavy heart that I decide to stop reading. Some better editing would have made this book a lot more compelling.
