I wish the pacing was a little faster. Also the author loves switching from one POV to another with almost every chapter. Makes for slightly choppy reading, and you have to really remember each character’s relation to one of the main characters! Glad the cocktail party finally started! It took the author close to hundred pages for a main event to start! I’ll keep you posted!
